Elliott is amazing. Not only was he extremely gracious and helpful but he was also very patient with our very particular needs/requests. I would have to say that Elliott Franklin had to be the best realtor that I've worked with in buying my first new home. In the process and beginning stages of looking for a realtor I came across some that where knowledgeable and nice. But Elliott took the cake. He made me feel confident in being able to find and buy a home for myself. Even though I had an FHA loan. He would patiently answer all my question and alway kept me updated during escrow. He also didn't try to pressor me into signing a binding contract to his services. This made me feel safe and that he was looking out for my best interest. Anytime I was interested in a property Elliot was more then willing to make an appointment and meet for a viewing. He made it easy by sending me new MLS listings daily, based upon my interest. The more I got to know him the better I was able to trust his professional advice and it payed off.
